Ah ok.

If the Primary school is CofE it will have to join a diocesan MAT (in most cases). Unfortunately the direction of travel is towards MATs. If you are not part of one, you cannot really access capital funding for boilers, windows and the suchlike. A CofE MAT may be the best option.
