Two unbelievable public comments again from Worthy

Tactless in the extreme.

Why does he feel the need to say these things? Sure, he's under pressure, but why doesn't just go into the press conference, give it the bland platitudes about it being a good win, pleased for the fans, great goal by Hucks etc and keep everything else at Colney.

It's got to the point where what Worthy says in public is deflecting from the slowly improving performances of the team.

Nigel, bit of PR advice - don't piss the most vociferous fans off, don't piss your best players off and you just might turn things around given a bit of luck and the continued backing of the Board. Carry on as you are and as sure as eggs is eggs as soon as we lose the next home game the Worthy Out chants will be back.
