DF: "Onel and Moritz are eligible. We are waiting on Dennis' last bit of registration but we hope he will be eligible." #ncfc
DF: "Today was their first proper session together with the lads. We will decide if they will be in the squad on an individual basis." #ncfc
DF: "They won't properly know each and other detail of our game but we will make a short-term decision." #ncfc
DF: "In general, with recruitment, if we are able to replace a player with someone from our own Academy, that would be my first way." #ncfc
DF: "I'm not naive. I know you need additional quality from outside. We want players who are desperate to play for us." #ncfc
DF: "A player like Christoph Zimmermann identifies so much with this club. We want players who feel like that, regardless of nationality." #ncfc

DF: "I don't want to put too much pressure on Moritz Leitner. He's just 25 and has outstanding potential. His situation is similar to Tom Trybull." #ncfc
DF: "Moritz has had two or three difficult years. I know him and how to handle him. We hope he can help us soon." #ncfc
DF: "I have big compliments for Stuart Webber. We've got good replacements in. I'm happy to get them in." #ncfc
DF: "We've had a good conversation with Tom Trybull about extending his contract. I won't speak too much on that for now." #ncfc
DF: "I really like Todd Cantwell. Right now, it's difficult for him to get minutes. It's important he plays at a high level. We're thinking about a loan to a foreign country." #ncfc
DF: "It would be good for his character. We are searching for what's best for him but there's no decision right now." #ncfc
DF: "Marcus Edwards has to learn more about playing without the ball. He's brilliant with the ball." #ncfc
DF: "There is no risk with him. He's highly-rated and if he needs a bit longer, that's fine. He's worked well this week but needs to learn more." #ncfc

DF: "I don't normally comment on speculation but there has been no bid, no offer and no telephone call about James Maddison. He is key for us." #ncfc
DF: "After an honest conversation, Marley Watkins has been better in training this week. We believe in him and think he can improve." #ncfc
