I don't know what you're trying to say by that. Are you justifying it?

Will these unbelievably rich and powerful men only give to charity if women are forced to wear black skimpy dresses and then allow themselves to be groped, sexually harassed and propositioned?

A lot of the charities are not interested in money donated that way.
