Not being funny but that is a strange argument for the council. The people using it

are far greater eyesores. I'm not knocking the homeless people many of which are very unfortunate, just saying that a homeless stall is going to look pretty untidy wherever it is.

And yes, it does look s**t, let's be honest, but provides a very important service so my question is more that the council might be more prepared to construct a new one somewhere other than in the most central, visible location one can imagine. A corner of chapelfield gardens or something. I should think that would suit everybody.
