Mazda is a Ford owned company - lots of Mazdas and Fords are virtually the same

(was the 2 a copy of the Fiesta? i think it used to be, might be different now)

Toyota, Peugeot and Citreon all co-developed the Aygo/1001/The Other One - all the same car but with different body panels/styling
