Have you got sufficient evidence you did the work and that it was complete?

Also have you a letter or any sort of authorised order confirming you are to carry out the work and on what terms? Assuming you have then Maidstone Yellows advice of CAB intially and a threat of a claim via Small Claims Court makes sense. However if you think you might have difficulty evidencing that you did the work then continuing to hassle them constantly might be worthwhile at this stage. Have you been back to see them? If still no luck - and you are not sure just how much you can prove you did the job - then depending on the amount involved then might be worth seeing a Solicitor to see what grounds you have. Bit tricky I'm afraid.
