I still maintain that the funniest thing I have ever seen, away from Bill Hicks, is Spike Milligan on Room 101.

"So Spike, why do you hate Portsmouth?"
"Well, I appeared on the stage there three times, and every time I died a bloody death!"
"Why was that?"
"Well, I wasn't very good."

"The inventor of Muzak committed suicide and I sent his wife a congratulatory telegram."

"Why do you hate this house?"
