How can you comment on whether it’s good business then?

I’m not saying he’s a bad player (maybe he’s too “technical” for the SPL and will be more suited to our style of play) but I don’t see how we can judge whether it’s “good business” until we have an idea of how good he is.

The fact the only other club supposedly after him is Rangers doesn’t indicate he’s been pulling up trees.

I hope he does well for us but my priority (unlike the clubs) at the moment would be players who can contribute this season.
