So you're and Mac thingys answer is to extend the 5/6/7 plan that didn't work for longer?

Same old approach. Should have Got Irvine in last summer or some other UK manager. May have got us up this year, like Neil did, who knows - only to come down again the following season or season after and so it goes on.
Not for me, I'd rather give this current strategy more time.
