I have already made a restaurant-style curry base sauce (onions, bit of white cabbage, green pepper, carrot etc. boiled-up and liquidised) but I'm not sure what sort of curry to make with it.
I'm think of adding these but might it be a bit weird?

Fenugreek powder
Tandoori Masala curry powder
Tomato puree
Pineapple juice
Coconut milk
Lemon juice
Fish & prawns
Peas
Red peppers
