We went from 13m profit to 3m loss last year. After we lose our parachute money the impact will be massive, unless we have managed to sell some of our assets (Pritchard, Jerome etc), and get the high earners out of the club.

The club will obviously state that we dont need to sell, because it would be financial idiocy to say otherwise, but clearly they have to do all they can to prevent significant losses.

This is why our plan of investing in and improving youth, whilst bringing in hungry players on lower wages is the way forward.

There are no guarantees that Farke is the right man, I hope he is, but without a sugar daddy in play the plan we have is I think the only real option for us.
