You can get as much as 40/1 on a Norwich promotion

Assuming the vigorish built into the market our true odds are probably in the 45 to 50/1. That's around 2% to get promoted.

Lets look at relegation......

You can get as much as 325/1 on relegation which is around 0.3%

So there is a 2.3% total chance that we will get either relegated or promoted this season.........
