bit early for this sort of nonsense, they normally hibernate in the winter and then when the spring thaws set in they get all punchy again. bosnian and kosovan wars both kicked off in spring and numerous riots as well along the way. understandable to an extent; long f**king hard winters, frequent daily power cuts, s**t public services, corrupt as f**k politicians, mafia, corrupt as f**k utility companies, high unemployment etc etc... it was never going to work really but has gone down in history as a blair/clinton success story.
