Fletcher

Brought up in Bolton and came through the academy at Man Utd with a pretty decent record. Really nice lad who didn't forget those who helped to get where he has got to. Big and pacy as a youngster - not too sure why it hasn't worked out for him at Boro. Had a good loan at Barnsley and Boro paid £6m+ for him so must have seen something. One I think that with a run of games could come good.
