That's a tough one as I'm just pointing out what I think I see....

A new foreign buyer is dangerous as there is a tendency for them to lose interest or in some cases they lose their money, obvious I know. I suppose in an ideal world we need an upgraded Delia, that is, a true fan but with more money because I don't believe that they have enough money to fund a football club in the Premier League.
