He will be better next season so long as he gets the kind of players he can coach. It is clear that players who are not comfortable with the ball are not for him.

Perhaps better to move people on now and save time and get the backlash over with now so he can concentrate on preparing for next season.

Having to sell players is not his fault. What he does with the replacements I will judge him on.
