what are you doing using performance on the pitch as a guide?

Use things like how much you like the players hair style? Do you like the colour of their boots? What is their star sign? How much of a c**t do you feel today?

These are the obvious questions to ask yourself when calculating player ratings (I'll let you into a secret, it's how they do it in The Sun).
