I'd still keep him, definitely until summer

he's not really the cause of of our 'problems' at the moment. Not sure he is the solution either, but he's not doing badly enough to be sacked imo. Especially as it would be a bit pointless changing now, and leaving whichever new coach we can persuade to come in mid-season, with a squad full of German lower league players.

Barring a miracle, we're not going up or down, so might as well give him the rest of the season to see if he can start to make progress.
