Random. When I lived in Dresden, cars with Meissen plates were infamous! Fuckers were all

over the place, too scared to "undertake" the trams, or would power through when the trams stopped almost running over everybody disembarking, parked almost in the middle of the bloody road etc.

Was a running joke but had a lot of truth to it! Why do you come up with that phrase?
