The Tories then give these guys tax breaks which should trickle down to staff or be used to reinvest or train staff to improve.... however the top bosses keep this.

So it's like their bosses don't care about their workers and the government don't care.

Is Labour the answer? Probably not, but at the moment I'm willing to give anything else a try as Conservatism / Austerity only works for the few.
