can't really blame him if he's frustrated

however s**t he has been for us, it can't be pleasant to be frozen out like he has been.

We should really just pay up most, if not all of his contract and let him go if he's got no future here. I can't see that anyone is going to pay a significant fee for him at his age and given his recent performances.
