Unlikely to be on. Only interesting when the lower league team are at home....

....Wigan v Bournemouth is far more attractive as an upset. Only way it might be on TV is if there are not many replays available for consideration and TV is forced to look at games that in theory should be straightforward wins (unfortunately in this case for Chelsea). Then they look at potential games involving clubs viewers might want to watch (again Chelsea). If BBC / BT Sport have to show 3 or 4 replays as part of the TV deal then yes there is a chance we will be on but this won't be known till after the 3rd round is complete.
