I don’t agree with eugenics but I don’t get appalled by everything I read I disagree with

In essence as I understand his argument he’s saying that if the practice did happen to emerge it should be made available for free to those who wouldn’t be able to afford it to avoid it being a preserve of the elite to perpetuate their status.
