I'm sounding off but....

I do want Delia to get the message that the fans are well and truly fed up and that there is widespread disatisfaction with their stance over "investment/ownership" and their future strategy for the club.

I accept that fans have different views but my perception is that a very large number are very unhappy.

I feel that she exists in a bubble (where people say they are unhappy but then when face to face are starstuck and shake her hand when she appears in the pub before an away game) and that they see high level of ST renewals year on year as a mandate or support for everything they are doing (with any discontent put down as short term reactions of bad runs of form) whereas the reality is most of us just renew because we are fans of the club and going to football is what we do on a saturday and we can;t bring ourselves to stop.

I of course don't really want our support to drop but I don;t really see what else they will ever take notice of other than perhaps renewal levels at the first deadline dropping significantly. I appreciate that not everyone can afford to pay more for their ST so have to renew early and think ist quite cynical that the club makes people renew so early, our deadlines are earlier that most other clubs and have been getting progressingly earlier and earlier.
