We'd need to average nearly 2 points a game for a realistic chance of the playoffs

Whilst it is "possible" I'm pretty sure the likelihood is remote enough as to not make selling for a large fee "unacceptable" (especially if it was for a larger fee than we'd be likely get in the summer)
