It is another modern inconsistency; fans are (allegedly) better behaved (gentrified), we have this (pointless) thing of stopping play when someone is down hurt, yet goal celebrations often involve antagonising the oppo fans.

Fleck was just about the only City player who ever seemed to do this (and maybe SuperMac, but he was SuperGrumpy)
