upselling

we're moving to the pet at home peeps as they get very good reviews also, our sons gf is a vet who thoroughly disapproves of this switch so i reckon that independent group practices do exactly what Azteca is suggesting and prey on people when they are concerned about their pets welfare. seems to be the charges are just under pet insurance excess as well but maybe i'm just a cynical old barstard.
