it also needs the manager to select the best team which he has often failed to do.

It also needs a stronger squad. Going into the season with only 2 strikers in the whole squad was a massive risk for a club supposed to be going for promotion.

I think the club has wasted a lot of money during the summer because a lot of the newer signings were not really what the squad needed.
