I live near Brum....Disaster waiting to happen for a long time

a) Whole series of dodgy owners over past 20 years
b) Current owners have no football nous.Got rid of Rowett (when in top 6) for Zola as Zola was a name and Rowett wasn't. Possibly the worst decision in Football History by any club
c) Then appointed Rednapp and even worse gave him money to spend
d) Sacked him too early probably
e) Fans not enamoured with Cotterill either!
f) Sold best player (Donaldson) last tsfr window and didn't replace.

Basically they have been a car crash waiting to happen for a long time now. That said on Boxing Day they will have a big crowd (including many stoneage supporters - be aware if you planning on going). On any other day I might be sure we are better than them particularly with the pressure of playing at Carrow Rd being removed (and on them) but they will be massively up for the game especially given their league position so I do fear an 'Along Came Norwich' being the result. I have Christmas commitments so won't be going but I'm not too sorry about that. Went to Villa Pk and that was bad enough. Oh well OTBC. Happy Xmas to you all.
