Yes perhaps you are right re the structure but it all flows from Webber doesn’t it?

My understanding is the theory of the new structure should make it easier to sack the coach because Webber provides continuity and we should also have continuity of style but if the style is the problem what then?

Unless Farke is just not implementing what they want or Webber is prepared to hold his hands up very quickly and admit he got it wrong?

Point is though we have six or seven first team support staff who are clearly Farkes men.
