Investors avoid using their own money whenever possible.......

As far as I know, there are no loans secured against the stadium.

An investor would borrow money secured against the stadium.

Like I say, Delia & Co could do that if fans want 'investment'.

If there was someone willing to donate rather than invest (borrow against the stadium) then I think they would be welcomed.
