have to say looking at the situation here in the East Midlands with Derby, Leicester and Forest all looking for (and struggling to find ) new managers, we should write off this season now. Make sure we steer clear of relegation, but forget any ideas we might make the play-offs, because we're not.
Problem with your point though is that generally a manager needs to bring in his own backroom staff. As a Chief Exec, you start meddling around with Foley/Livermore, and you comprimise your relationship with Worthy. The only way forward, is to seek to bring fresh leadership and fresh ideas as soon as the season ends. Another season like this will be wholly unacceptable, and highly indefensible as far as the board of NCFC are concerned.
