Farke has come from managing a B team whereby getting promotion is prob less important

than trying to play a certain way.

In the Championship at the heart of your team you need players who are going to battle hard on a consistent basis from minute to minute. It then comes down to who has the quality in the final third.

As shown during the good run of results, NC are not far off if Farke selects the best team when fit, but Farke has learned nothing from that good run, and has gone backwards again.
