I don't know to what quality you want your prints but

printers are cheap as chips and with the sales about to start i would have thought you could get one for approx £30

My thinking on ink costs is that next time i need to replace a cartridge is that i will look at the ink cost against a new machine and sell my current one on e bay for what ever i can get as long as i make at least £5 after postage and costs

Anybody else on this site do that , replace the printer instead of buying ink

i will also say my print needs are modest
