1. A true Canary - 9 years at club
2. 5 years managerial experience (albeit in an Assistant role)
3. Strength of character - held out in contractural disputes at Reading and with Birmingham.
4. Experience of Premiership and International Football.
5. HUNGER - First Full Managers job!
