the business end of the Prem table is very interesting

Swansea - bottom - the model club that everyone was drooling over 2 seasons ago.
WBA - 19th - an established PL club, sensibly run in the past and now with a megabucks overseas owner.
Stoke - 17th - an established PL club, UK-owned by a megabucks family that are the definition of successful in business.
Bournemouth - 16th - one of the best young managers, threw shedloads of money at Defoe, but still struggling.
Soton - 12th, but only 3 pts off the drop-zone - another Model Club that had apparently cracked 'the code'. Now their recruitment policy is shown to be what it was under Chase - good for a while but impossible to maintain.
