I'm not brainwashed and for the same reason I don't think that

There are hoardes of "brexiteers" who have manufactured Brexit so they can force workers to work all hours god sends and remove their right to paid holiday. Not going to happen.

Yes we probably will not be subject to the Working Time Directive because it's an EU Directive and we are leaving the EU but to remove or weaken current rights they would need to scrap the Regulations we have in this country already and good luck getting that through. If any government does they will be voted out sharpish.

So whilst it's possible there may be one or two crackpots who think we should get rid of this Directive I don't see it happening and the current raft of "media" reports smacks more to me of more attempted "them and us" politics.
