I think this is worse than the Diane Abbott one

In this, him dressing up as a black person is the joke.

In the Diane abott one, the joke is that he's dressed up as Diane Abbott and she can't count. Him being blacked up isn't the joke. Insensitive and inevitably controversial and potentially offensive though obviously.
