I doubt the SEVERITY of his asthma if honest

It’s pretty difficult to get THAT high a blood level of an INHALED drug.

I deal with severe asthmatics a lot when in extremis needing intubation and ITU. I need to give infusions into the circulation to get anywhere near that level.
