Ffs... so...

I know that there is a connection to seasonsal affected disorder (SAD) but not enough to warrant a light box or similar. I know I'm always better in spring/summer. It is a real thing and vit D can help.

I often get down after a major activity or event is over, especially if its been a real ficus for a while... leaves a hole.

Also suffered injuries and had to come to terms with stopping competitive contact sport fairly young. Had to find a new focus/challenge but easier said than done.

Don't make light of your own situation or rank it agajnst others... it's as big and real as only you can know, thinking that you should be stronger only gives you something else to fret about.
