bollocks virtually the entire Barclay and Snakepit stand

thats not a handful

the club is totally correct to do this , they have to ensure that safety cert is adhered to , and part of that is that all spectators have a seat and its used ( standing is allowed at times of exciting play/goal etc ) failure to do so could mean Carrow road is closed , not that it matters to many people on here
