We don't know what the bottom line will be yet

we are still saddled with the debt and liabilities accrued during his last year in charge. That could still end up taking us right back to league 1.

Obviously that's not all his fault, as lots of mistakes have been made since he left as well. But it's too early to judge his overall tenure as a financial success imo.
