Ball's role as CEO

Lets face it, not a good performance

1. Doing a better job of advising the board on the Moxey appointment

2. Negotiating a better deal with Moxey initially so we didn't have to pay massive compensation

3. Not setting up a massive liability for Alex Neils contract which resulted in more financial pain.

All in all these things you would expect a good Chairman to do.

I just can't imagine Watling making these schoolboy error but that's what you get when you appoint an ex politician instead of an individual with experience of running a company.
