Cant disagree there at all

I dont think I'm really disagreeing with you, I just think the labelling of him as some inexperienced manager is cutting him and Webber a little too much slack.

A good manager would need time to adapt, but they'd adapt.

I'm still on the fence with him as I think there is a good manager in there, but I'm less positive than I used to be.
