There's always going to be times when the team is playing poorly

And that should especially be the time that the fans step up.
Saying 'we're going to sit silently until we're winning games' is so ridiculously self defeating.

There's also plenty of grounds which have a s**t atmosphere when their team is winning / playing well - it's not just down to how well the team are doing on the pitch, although that helps.
