yeah, that sounds like a fair description of what we're doing

I think the odds are stacked against it working though. At least investing in youth, there is a chance for the team to grow and the same players to improve. Signing older 'undiscovered players' means that you have to keep doing the same thing every season, selling the ones that aend up being good and are successful and being stuck with the duds. Until you end up with a squad full of duds.
