I agree with what you're saying though, just think we can hope for a smidge more than what you've described.

I would hope we'll continue to sign players like Phillips, fonkeu etc, but will spend money on good players that are good prospects (raggett etc) rather than solely relying on cast offs.

To be fair that's probably what you meant.
