I think that's the kind of philosophy a lot of fans could get behind

if the board hinted at it more openly. But not sure that is what we're doing. All those mediocre signings in their mid-late 20s that we made in the summer, just suggest we're playing the lottery on the cheap - hoping to stumble upon some uncovered gem. Not exactly looking to develop young talent.
