Not the same situation as a normal job really...

If they sack him,he gets a hefty boost to his bank account,which is no doubt many more times healthy than us working classs citizens,and he could get a new job next week.Even if it's two divisions down,he would still get more than most of us.

It wouldn't really be like they were throwing him out on the street,would it?

If the board genuinely don't think that he is the right man for the job,then they should let him go right now.
